My buddy Pat heard an ad on the radio today for a contest being run by a local newspaper. "Win free gas, courtesy of the Citizen's Voice! No purchase necessary. See paper for contest rules."
Now how do you see the paper with no purchase???

Try your local library? Ride public transit (people here often leave their papers behind on the bus). Stop in at a coffee shop? "Borrow" your neighbors before s/he gets to it in the morning?
